I’m a Sales Operations Manager who is passionate about sales, customer service, team management and day to day operations. I lead projects from initial steps to launch and beyond, with direct responsibility for day-to-day management of process and workflow. Since 2012, I’ve overseen up to $7 million in sales annually beginning with initial contact and quoting, through to the order process, shipping logistics, invoicing and collections. I excel at all aspects of customer service, trade show management, database processing and the creative side of marketing materials. I am actively seeking a sales management position.
