I am an administrative all-star. Working for a small company over the last 18 years provided me the opportunity to start ground floor in most departments throughout the company and develop key competencies in each sector. Career Experience
Inside Sales/Operations
Full responsibility for all day to day operations including:
Maintain sales distribution network (between 5-30 distributors)
Handle inbound sales of all items in product catalog from new and complete systems to replacement parts and legacy items.
Customer service, product quotes, order processing, shipping logistics, accounts receivable, purchasing, and vendor relations.
Managed all local, state and federal government accounts used administratively to inform, bid, process orders, and maintain vendor status.
Setup and maintain D+B (Dun and Bradstreet) account, SAM (System for Award Management) account.
Responsible for all government billing via WAWF (PIEE/IRAPT) and OB10 (Tungsten/FSC)
Process all credit card payments
Office Manager
Responsible for all issues office tasks, minor and major including :
Server and computer hardware setup and maintenance
Implementing VOIP phone systems across multiple locations
Managing and maintaining township regulations
Handling of specialty utilities and property related issues
Manage office staff
Logistics
Handle all drop shipments of specialty equipment to customer locations with multiple vendors
Coordinate all freight to military installations nationally and overseas
Organize all international exporting from start to finish
Handle NAFTA (USCMA) and commercial invoicing
Maintain extensive network of specialty and routine freight carriers
Oversee day to day purchasing of warehouse location
Handle multiple UPS accounts and implement/maintain UPS Worldship program

Created and maintain full product marketing catalogs, individual cut sheets, bid specifications, materials for internal and external shareholders
Maintain instruction manuals
Responsible for all printing of company manuals, diagrams, flyers, etc.
Create advertisements for digital and offset printing
Maintain vast photo library spanning 20+ years of photos, diagrams, marketing materials, 18+ major products and hundreds of small parts and specialty items
Trade show coordination including booth space, utilities, graphics, marketing and post-show activities
